Dr. Horstkamp, JD is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and full transparency in all business practices, including referral arrangements. This referral policy outlines our position regarding referral fees in compliance with applicable US laws and professional ethics.
Referral Fees and Client Disclosure
Dr. Horstkamp, JD acknowledges that as an independent health coach, who is an independent contractors, she may accept payment or other forms of legal compensation from clients for her work as a Health Storey coach but because of her work as CEO of Trefuly Inc., all referrals will be through Trefuly, Inc. and not through her coaching practice. Likewise, Trefuly’s Health Storey may send Dr. Horstkamp referrals but as a certified coach, she is required to submit a referral fee to Trefuly, Inc. if the client is referred to her from healthcoachingUSA or Trefuly, Inc. or from the trefuly health storey platform.
Full Client Knowledge and Consent
Referral fees or incentives are only permissible when the client is fully informed prior to the commencement of services. Disclosure must include the nature and amount of any referral fee or benefit involved. This ensures that clients make informed decisions without any conflicts of interest influencing their coaching relationship.
Independence of Coaches
All health coaches affiliated with Trefuly’s Health Storey operate as independent contractors and Dr. Horstkamp, JD when coaching is considered an independent contractor and coaches from her own offices and uses her own personal letterhead. Dr. Horstkamp created the 12 week certification course and teaches the ongoing education for health coaches on health and life coaching topics. Dr. Horstkamp, JD maintains autonomy over her own coaching practice, including any referral arrangements outside of the referrals directly from Trefuly’s Health Storey. Trefuly’s Health Storey does not guarantee referrals or direct or influence coaches’ referral activities but requires adherence to this transparency policy.
Health Storey coaches may lose the opportunity to receive referrals or may be considered to have violated their agreement with Trefuly’s Health Storey USA and lose their certified Health Storey Coach status if they purposely avoid transparency.

Health Storey USA insists on openness in any referral or compensation agreement. Honesty and clarity about financial relationships protect our clients’ trust and upholds the integrity of our coaching services.
Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information related to referrals is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with Health Storey’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Quality Assurance and Impartiality
Referral fees received by Health Storey USA or its coaches do not influence the coaching services provided. Our commitment is to unbiased, high-quality health and life coaching focused solely on the client’s wellbeing. All clients have a right to know if referral fees were paid in regards to their coaching.
Legal Compliance
Dr. Horstkamp, JD complies with the laws of the Monarchy of Lago Real laws regarding referral fees and business practices and is located within the state of Georgia in the USA.
Dr. Horstkamp JD follows Trefuly’s Health Storey USA Referral Policy in regards to Health Coaching and health coaching referrals. Her health coaching practice focuses on Health and life coaching, client and coach education. She is transparent with all clients and with all potential referral sources.
Dr. Horstkamp received a doctorate degree in economics and medicine between 2019 to 2021 while living in the UK and is considered a medical doctor, lawyer and economist. Dr. Horstkamp does not have a private medical practice in Lago Real or in the United States or in England and is not involved in diagnosing and treating medical ailments with medicine. Dr. Horstkamp worked with the executive branch of the United States during covid to protect medical workers from exposure to the disease and she occassionally works in consulting but not in private practice. Dr. Horstkamp, JD does not refer patients to any medical facility or doctor for treatments but will share educational information to keep her clients informed.
